More than 1000000 people die in Uttar Pradesh due to communicable diseases
Communicable disease burden is very high in India because country has two faces, one which shows that country is developing and many improvements are being brought but other face shows that 70% of country does not has appropriate access to basic facilities, including vaccination for children.
Uttar Pradesh is one such area which if separated can become 5th most populated nation in the world, with population more than 220 million resources are scarce and facilities are limited.
